Return and Exchange Policy

At Chi's Selection, we prioritize customer satisfaction and the quality of our products. Please review our policy regarding exchanges and reporting damages:

  • No Return Policy: We do not have a return policy. Once items are purchased, they cannot be returned.

  • Damage Reporting: If you receive an item that is broken, chipped, or incorrect, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence Requirement: To report damages, please provide clear photos and videos of the damaged item. Do not throw away the broken pieces, as we will need to collect them for a 1-to-1 exchange.

  • Exchange Responsibility: By purchasing from us, you agree that if an exchange is necessary, you are fully responsible for providing strong packing for the exchanged item and covering the logistics fees associated with sending the return items back to us.

  • Lead Time for Exchange: Please note that the lead time for exchanges will take approximately 5 weeks via sea freight, unless otherwise stated.

  • Quality Imperfections: Exchange requests due to imperfections in quality will not be entertained.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For our tableware products, we only allow exchanges for items that are damaged or incorrectly sent. We do not provide exchanges for any items purchased during sales or promotion, unless otherwise stated.
